Dig into this tasty pizza!
- Preheat oven to 500F.
- Grease a rimmed heavy duty sheetpan with olive oil.
- On a floured work surface, press the dough out, until it is 1/4-inch to 1/2-inch thick. Transfer to the oiled sheetpan. Press the dough to the edges of the pan. It will probably shrink back, if so, wait 5 minutes, and then press back towards edges, and it should stick.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the crust, and sprinkle with the mozzarella, capers, olives, tuna, chili flakes and oregano.
- Bake the pizza for 20 to 25 minutes, until the crush is golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
