  • 1 recipe Pizza Dough (homemade or store bought)
  • 2 cups Premade Pizza Sauce
  • 1 pound Fresh Mozzarella (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons Capers
  • 1/2 cup Sicilian Green Olives (pitted)
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Oregano
  • 1/4 cup tuna packed in oil
  • crush red pepper flakes (to taste)
  • Olive Oil

    Preheat oven to 500F.

    Grease a rimmed heavy duty sheetpan with olive oil.

    1 recipe Pizza Dough (homemade or store bought)
    On a floured work surface, press the dough out, until it is 1/4-inch to 1/2-inch thick. Transfer to the oiled sheetpan. Press the dough to the edges of the pan. It will probably shrink back, if so, wait 5 minutes, and then press back towards edges, and it should stick.

    2 cups Premade Pizza Sauce
    1 pound Fresh Mozzarella (grated)
    2 tablespoons Capers
    1/2 cup Sicilian Green Olives (pitted)
    1 tablespoon Dried Oregano
    1/4 cup tuna packed in oil
    crush red pepper flakes (to taste)
    Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the crust, and sprinkle with the mozzarella, capers, olives, tuna, chili flakes and oregano.

    Bake the pizza for 20 to 25 minutes, until the crush is golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
