Clinton Kelly's Strawberry White Wine Cooler Punch
- 2 cup strawberries plus extra for garnish
1/3 cup sugar
1 bottle of dry white wine
ginger ale
- In a bowl, macerate the strawberries and sugar. In a blender, purée strawberry mixture with wine until smooth and pour through a fine sieve into a pitcher.
- Wine cooler may be made 4 hours ahead and chilled. Serve wine cooler chilled over ice, top with ginger ale and strawberries.
