  • 2 fluid ounces Simple Syrup
  • Whole Clove
  • Whole Cinnamon Stick
  • Nutmeg (grated)
  • 1 fluid ounce Apple Cider
  • 4 fluid ounces Sparkling Cider or Champagne

  • Infuse the simple syrup with 2-3 cloves, 1 cinnamon stick, about 1/8 teaspoon grated nutmeg. Strain before serving.
  • Combine apple cider, champagne or cider, simple syrup. Rim a champagne flute with cinnamon sugar then pour in cocktail. Grate fresh nutmeg over the cocktail and serve.
