Apple Cider Bellinis with Cinnamon and Cloves
Carla and Daphne's Apple Pie Bellini
- 2 fluid ounces Simple Syrup
- Whole Clove
- Whole Cinnamon Stick
- Nutmeg (grated)
- 1 fluid ounce Apple Cider
- 4 fluid ounces Sparkling Cider or Champagne
- Infuse the simple syrup with 2-3 cloves, 1 cinnamon stick, about 1/8 teaspoon grated nutmeg. Strain before serving.
- Combine apple cider, champagne or cider, simple syrup. Rim a champagne flute with cinnamon sugar then pour in cocktail. Grate fresh nutmeg over the cocktail and serve.
