Roasted Garlic Spread
  • 3 Whole heads garlic
  • Fresh Thyme
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Cut off tops of 3 whole head of garlic.
  • Stuff with fresh thyme
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle salt.
  • Put in foil.
  • Bake at 425 degrees F for 30 minutes.
