  • 1 15 oz Package Premade Pie Crust
  • 1 Egg (lightly beaten)
  • 1 cup Canned Pumpkin
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Orange Zest
  • 1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    1 15 oz Package Premade Pie Crust
    Roll out pie crusts and cut into miniature tart shells using a a small 2 2-1/2 inch round. Spray a miniature tart tray with nonstick cooking spray, and insert rounds of pie crust. Refrigerate shells while preparing the filling.

    1 Egg (lightly beaten)
    1 cup Canned Pumpkin
    2 tablespoons Milk
    1/3 cup Sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons Orange Zest
    1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon
    1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg
    1/8 teaspoon Ground Ginger
    1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
    1/8 teaspoon Salt
    To make the filling, mix together the egg, pumpkin, milk, sugar, zest, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, vanilla and salt.

    Fill each shell with a tablespoon of filling. Bake until shell is golden brown and filling is set, about 35 minutes. Cool before serving.
