Mario Batali's Tomato Salad
- 3 ripe Heirloom Tomatoes
- good Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- good Red Wine or Balsamic Vinegar
- Sea Salt
- freshly ground Black Pepper
- Slice the tomatoes and arrange on a plate. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, and season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
