  • 2 cups Leftover Turkey (shredded)
  • 5 Scallions (sliced thinly)
  • 1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Lemon (Zested)
  • 2 tablespoons Dill (chopped)
  • Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper

    2 cups Leftover Turkey (shredded)
    5 Scallions (sliced thinly)
    1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
    1/4 cup Mayonnaise
    1 Lemon (Zested)
    2 tablespoons Dill (chopped)

    Gently fold together all ingredients until thoroughly combined. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
