Lump crab is elevated by the addition of smoked paprika and cayenne.

Warm Crab Dip
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne
  • 1 1/2 cups Lump Crab Meat
  • 3 Scallions (thinly sliced)
  • Salt
  • freshly cracked Black Pepper
  • Butter Crackers (to serve)
  • Preheat oven to 375 F. In a large bowl, stir together the ingredients until thoroughly combined. Season to taste and transfer to an oven-safe serving dish. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Serve warm with butter crackers.
