Clinton Kelly's Zombie Cocktail
- 1 Teaspoon Falernum
- 1 fl oz Lime juice
- 1 fl oz Orange juice
- 1 fl oz Orange curacao
- 1 fl oz Dark Jamaican rum
- 2 fl oz Puerto Rico gold rum
- 1 fl oz (Or shot) of dark rum floater
- 1 Orange slice
- 1 Pineapple finger
- 1 Cherry
- 1 Spray of mint
- 1 fl oz Pineapple juice
- Put falernum, lime juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, orange curaçao, dark Jamaican rum, and Puerto Rico gold rum into a mixing glass over several ice cubes and stir well. Pour over cracked ice in a 14-ounce Collins glass.
- Add a float of dark rum and garnish with a slice of orange, a finger of pineapple, a cherry, and a spray of mint.
