Carla Hall's Sorbet Mimosa
- 1 Pint sorbet (blood orange)
1 bottle champagne
Mint (for garnish)
- Place two small scoops of sorbet in champagne flute.
- Slowly pour champagne over top.
- Garnish with mint spring and orange zest.
