Cheesy Herb Dip
  • 8 ounces goat cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons parsley (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons dill (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons tarragon (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons chives (finely chopped)
  • kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • crudité (to serve)
Directions
  • In a medium bowl, add goat cheese, sour cream, cream cheese and olive oil, parsley, dill, tarragon, chives and mix to combine. Season with salt and pepper and serve with crudités.
