Ingredients
Chocolate Chip Sesame Bread Pudding
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups milk
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pound brioche bread (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
Directions
  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • In a large bowl, add heavy cream, milk, eggs, sugar, bourbon and vanilla. Whisk to combine. 
  • To a 9 inch x 13inch baking dish, add the bread and pour egg mixture over. Let sit for 30 minutes, press down every 10 minutes or so to get bread incorporated. Sprinkle chocolate chips and black sesame over top. Bake for 40 minutes.
