Summer is on the way and there's no better refresher than this ginger beer cocktail!
CK's Hoogie Boogie
- 1 ounce bourbon
- 1 ounce aperol
- 4 mint leaves (plus a few more to garnish)
- ginger beer (to top off)
- orange zest Strip (to garnish)
- In a shaker, muddle the bourbon, aperol, and mint. Add ice and shake. Strain into a highball filled with ice. Top off with ginger beer, rub the rim and garnish with orange zest, and garnish with a few mint leaves. Enjoy.
