Summer is on the way and there's no better refresher than this ginger beer cocktail!
CK's Hoogie Boogie
- 1 ounce Bourbon
- 1 ounce Aperol
- 4 Mint Leaves (plus a few more to garnish)
- Ginger Beer (to top off)
- Orange Zest Strip (to garnish)
- In a shaker, muddle the Bourbon, Aperol, and Mint. Add ice and shake. Strain into a highball filled with ice. Top off with Ginger Beer, rub the rim and garnish with Orange Zest, and garnish with a few mint leaves. Enjoy.
