- 1/4 cup Cranberry Juice
- 1 tablespoon Rosemary Simple Syrup
- Sparkling White Wine
- Splash of Brandy
Rosemary Simple Syrup:
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1/3 Cup Honey
- 1 Sprig Fresh Rosemary
- Combine cranberry juice and rosemary simple syrup in a champagne flute. Fill the rest of the glass with the sparking white wine and finish with a splash of brandy. Serve garnished with 1 or 2 cranberries.
- For Rosemary Simple Syrup: Combine the water, honey and rosemary in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and allow to steep for 5 minutes. Strain and discard the rosemary leaves.
- Tip: Change it up! Substitute fresh mint sprigs for the rosemary for a different spin on this cocktail!
