Frozen Breakfast Bananas

Frozen Breakfast Bananas
  • 2 bananas (cut in half)
  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1 cup toasted coconut
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • Cut each banana in half and insert popsicle stick into the bottom of each banana half. Place in freezer for 30 minutes to allow the banana to stay on the popsicle stick.
  • Combine oats, toasted coconut, and cinnamon in a bowl. Stir to combine.
  • Dip banana into vanilla yogurt, then roll in oat mixture.
  • Lay on parchment paper, then freeze for 1 hour or until ready to eat.
