Frozen Smoothie Packs
  • Blueberry-Banana
  • 1/2 Banana (peeled)
  • 1 cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach Leaves
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • Mango Pineapple
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 cup Mango Chunks
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • To Blend
  • 2 cups Skim Milk; Orange Juice; or Coconut Water
  • For both varieties:
  • Combine the ingredients in a zip-top bag and freeze.
  • To make the smoothies:
  • Place the contents of the bag in the blender. Add Skim Milk, Orange Juice, or Coconut Water, adding more as much as needed to blend to desired consistency. Purée until smooth and enjoy.
