Grilled Lamb Chops with Lavender Salt
- 12 Domestic Lamb Chops; frenched
- 1/4 cup Flakey Sea Salt
- 1 tablespoon Dried Lavender
- Olive Oil
- Begin by rubbing the Dried Lavender in your fingers to release some of its Oil. Mix the Lavender with the Sea Salt and set aside. You can make as much Salt as you like in advance as it holds so well.
- Heat your grill to medium-high. Let the Chops come to room temperature. Then lightly season the meat with Salt and Pepper and brush with Olive Oil. Pace the Chops on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until they have a nice char. Remove the Chops from the grill and sprinkle both sides with Lavender Salt then serve!
