  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 3/4 cup Unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 cup Packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 Eggs

  • chocolate chips
  • walnuts
  • shredded coconut
  • puffed rice
  • sea salt
  • oats
  • Hershey Kisses
  • peanut butter
  • pine nuts
  • bacon

    2 cups All-purpose flour
    1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon Salt
    Sift the flour, baking soda, and salt into a medium sized bowl.

    3/4 cup Unsalted butter (room temperature)
    1 cup Packed brown sugar
    1/2 cup Sugar
    In a separate bowl, cream the butter and sugars together until smooth, about 3 minutes.

    1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
    2 Eggs
    Add the eggs in one at a time until incorporated. Stir in the vanilla.

    Place in a 325 degree oven and bake for 15 to 17 minutes on a greased cookie sheet. Remove from the oven and place on a cooling rack. Enjoy!
