Ingredients
Jeweled Citrus Bark
  • 3 cups bittersweet chocolate
  • 2 teaspoons coarse sea salt
  • 3 cups white chocolate
  • 1/2 cup candied orange zest
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries
  • 1/2 cup pistachios (shelled and toasted)
Directions
  • In a medium microwave safe bowl, add the bittersweet chocolate and place in the microwave for 30 seconds. Give it a stir and return to the microwave for another 30 seconds, or until chocolate is melted and glossy.
  • Pour the melted bittersweet chocolate onto a parchment lined baking sheet, sprinkle with coarse sea salt, then let the chocolate harden slightly.
  • In another medium microwave safe bowl, add the white chocolate and place in the microwave for 30 seconds. Give it a stir and return to the microwave for another 30 seconds, or until the chocolate is melted and glossy.
  • Pour the melted white chocolate over the bittersweet chocolate. Using a toothpick, swirl the 2 chocolates to make a marble pattern. Sprinkle the candied orange zest, dried cherries, and pistachios all over the white chocolate. Allow the bark to set for at least an hour.
  • Break apart the bark with your hands.
  • Tip: Make it your own! Swap out the toppings for your favorite nut and fruit combination!
