Loaded Pepper & Cheese Dip

Loaded Pepper & Cheese Dip
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages of cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup colby-jack cheese (grated)
  • 1/2 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano
  • 1 1/2 jar/can sliced jalapeno peppers (mostly drained, juice reserved)
Crust Topping
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs (chunky, Japanese-style)
  • 1/2 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano
  • 1/2 stick butter (melted)
  • Mix the cream cheese, mayo, cheddar cheese, parm cheese and jalapeños in a bowl and pour into a baking dish.
  • Mix the panko bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and melted butter and spread over the dip.
  • Bake in a 375˚F oven until bubbling on the sides and golden brown on top, about 20-25 min.
