Mango with Chile Lime Salt
  • 2 mangoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chile powder
  • zest of 1 lime
  • 10 mint leaves (chopped)
  • Cut the mango off of the pit and cut into cubes.
  • In a small bowl combine the salt, chile powder and lime zest. Add mango and mint to bowl and toss together. Serve immediately.
