Gussied Up Mint Julep Recipe: Lemon and mint add touches of brightness to this bourbon-based cocktail.
- 1/2 cup Mint Leaves plus more for garnish
- 1 Lemon (cut into half moons)
- 2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
- 8 ounces Bourbon
- 2 cups Sweet Tea

1/2 cup Mint Leaves plus more for garnish
1 Lemon (cut into half moons)
2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
2 cups Sweet Tea
8 ounces Bourbon
Muddle together mint leaves, lemons slices and sugar in a pitcher. Add sweet tea and bourbon and stir together.
Serve over ice and garnish with additional mint leaves.
