Mint Salsa Verde Glazed Smoked Ham
  • Preheat oven to 325ºF.
  • Place ham on a rack in a roasting pan. Using a pastry brush, cover the ham with the salsa verde. Place in the oven for about an hour, or until the ham is warmed through and the internal temperature registers to 140ºF. Continue to glaze the ham with the salsa verde every 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 20 minutes.
  • Tip: Use leftover ham in a fritata or a decadent sandwich!
