Pub Burger
  • 8 ounces ground sirloin
  • 8 ounces ground short ribs
  • 8 ounces ground brisket
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 4 brioche buns (toasted)
Toppings Bar:
  • American cheese slices
  • Cooked bacon slices
  • green lettuce
  • sliced tomatoes
  • sliced red onion
  • dill pickle chips
  • blue cheese (crumbled)
  • ketchup
  • stadium mustard
  • hot sauce
  • griddled sliced onions
  • griddled sliced mushrooms
Directions
  • Preheat the griddle over medium-high heat. Grease griddle with olive oil. Form the meat into 4 patties about 1-inch to 1 1/2-inches thick. Place the burgers onto the griddle and cook for 3 minutes on one side, flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes, until medium rare. Place the cheese on during the last minute of cooking and allow to melt. Serve on a brioche bun with desired toppings.
