Pumpkin Pie Milkshake
  • 1 slice leftover pumpkin pie
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 scoops French vanilla ice cream (softened)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Optional Additions :
  • 1-2 ounces bourbon
  • 1/2 cup hot black coffee
Directions
  • In the carafe of a blender, add the pumpkin pie, milk, ice cream, cinnamon and nutmeg and blend until smooth. Remove to a large glass and serve.
  • Tip: Finish the milkshake with a shot of bourbon or 1/2 cup of hot coffee for an affogato-style shake!
