Carla's Latin green sauce is perfect topper for eggs, meats, and more!
- 5 Tomatillos (husked and cored)
- 1 Jalapeno (chopped)
- 1/4 cup Chopped Onion (about 1/2 an onion)
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/3 cup Cilantro Leaves (roughly chopped)
- Put Tomatillos, Jalapeño, Onion, Garlic, Lime, Cilantro & Salt in the blender and pulse until desired consistency. Thin with water as needed to puree.
