Dolvett Quince's Spinach Chips
- 1 bag Spinach
- Vegetable Cooking Spray
- Seasoning Mix
- Preheat the oven to 300°F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Wash and thoroughly dry the spinach. Tear the larger leaves into 1" to 2" strips. Place the spinach leaves in a single layer on the parchment paper. Spritz lightly with vegetable cooking spray and sprinkle with seasoning mix to taste.
- Bake until the spinach is dry and has darkened slightly, 15 to 20 minutes. Remove immediately from the pan and transfer to a serving dish. Serve immediately, or store in a brown paper bag at room temperature for up to 3 days.
