  • Vegetable Cooking Spray
  • Seasoning Mix

    Preheat the oven to 300°F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.

    Vegetable Cooking Spray
    Seasoning Mix
    Wash and thoroughly dry the spinach. Tear the larger leaves into 1" to 2" strips. Place the spinach leaves in a single layer on the parchment paper. Spritz lightly with vegetable cooking spray and sprinkle with seasoning mix to taste.

    Bake until the spinach is dry and has darkened slightly, 15 to 20 minutes. Remove immediately from the pan and transfer to a serving dish. Serve immediately, or store in a brown paper bag at room temperature for up to 3 days.
