Walnut-Raisin Compound Butter
  • 2 sticks Butter (softened)
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Raisins
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • pinch Salt
  • In a stand mixer or in a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until completely incorporated. Transfer to a piece of parchment paper and roll up into a log and place in refrigerator or freezer to set. Slice off pieces to use as desired.
