Episode 301: Vanessa's Childhood Recipe: Beef Stew

Challenge: Childhood
Dish: Beef Stew

Ingredients:
1 lb beef stew meat
2 carrot
2 onion
3 stalk celery
1 bunch parsley
1 sprig rosemary
1 sprig thyme
1 cup veal stock
1 potato
Sea Salt
Pepper

Directions:

In pressure cooker add stew and pour in chopped vegetables and herbs, bring to full pressure and reduce heat. In a separate pot sauté fine chopped onion, garlic, celery, carrot, potato add stock and bring to slow boil. After 45min take meat out of pressure cooker. Puree the rest of the contents, strain, add to shallow pan and reduce. Add all ingredients together and let simmer until tender.
