  • 4 tablespoons chopped Parsley 
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Cilantro 
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest 
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 Garlic clove (minced) 
  • 1 teaspoon Red Wine Vinegar 
  • 2/3 cup Olive Oil 
  • 6 pieces Santa Barbara Spot Prawns
  • Blood Orange Supremes

    2 tablespoons chopped Scallions
    4 tablespoons chopped Parsley 
    1 tablespoon chopped Cilantro 
    1 teaspoon Lemon zest 
    1 tablespoon Lemon juice 
    1 Garlic clove (minced) 
    1 teaspoon Red Wine Vinegar 
    2/3 cup Olive Oil
    Make chimichurri sauce by mixing scallions, parsley, cilantro, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, red wine vinegar and olive oil poach prawns until cooked.
