Sting on "The View": Gives Glimpse of "The Last Ship"

By The View | Nov 10th, 2014

In an interview on the November 10th, 2014 episode of The View Sting spoke to the co-hosts about his new Broadway show, "The Last Ship."  He composed the show which is based on his own hometown and loosely on his life. The 16-time Grammy award winner also gives audiences more than just a show on stage.  He sometimes performs for fans outside of the theater as well. The cast of "The Last Ship" also loves to sing Sting's classic songs as evidenced in a short video they made.  Watch the fun video where they sing "Roxanne" and the full Sting interview below:

In addition to Sting speaking about his new Broadway show some of the actors were on hand to perform a song from "The Last Ship."  Michael Esper, Rachel Tucker and Bradley Dean brought broadway to The View stage. Check out the performance below:

If you loved this performance you can see this show which is now playing at The Neil Simon Theatre in New York City. If you loved the music but cannot make it to the show the original Broadway cast album will be available for purchase on December 16th, 2014.
