The E! network show co-host Giuliana Rancic made a comment about Disney star Zendaya Coleman's new hair style. The young actress rocked dreadlocks on the Oscar 2015 red carpet. Giuliana joked on the Fashion Police red carpet special that Zendaya probably smelled of patchouli and weed. Zendaya responded to the offensive comments on Twitter and Giuliana apologized shortly after via social media.
