The View's 8th Annual Mutt Show Presented by Pedigree

The View's 8th Annual Mutt Show took place on July 1st, 2016. Various special guests visited the show to talk about the dogs they love and who love them right back. Kelly Osbourne introduced her dog, Polly, to the co-hosts stating she is the best thing that ever happened to her. She also explains why she will continue to use her voice to help others.

Mutts Gone Nuts performs around the world. Praise and treats play a big role in the dogs show. They do various tricks and challenges live on The View and are awarded with the Pedigree Mutt's Rule award.

The View co-hosts also spoke with hero Dan Lasko about his dog Wally. Their story depicts a rescue dog that rescued a hero. Dan was swearing into the Marine Corps on the morning of 9/11. He felt it was his calling to save his country. While serving he lost his left leg and received a traumatic brain injury. After the experience he suffered from PTSD. He was introduced to his dog Wally during recovery. Wally helped him physically and mentally. Dan is also the subject of a short documentary by Pedigree which shares his story.
