I am SO UPSET that Ugly Betty is going to end! What are you thinking ABC? Now we are left with nothing that is really funny and good! Ugly Betty is a GREAT show....I know a ton of people of all ages that once a week look forward to Betty, Mark and the gang! It is funny, creative, fresh.....a one of a kind TV show. Poopoo to you ABC......What a HUGE mistake you're making!

I will miss it horribly! It was unfair to the show and to all loyal viewers to move the show around so many times this season. It was hard to find and the show deserved more than that. Please think twice about the decision to cancel. As a loyal ABC fan, we can only watch so much shallow stuff like "the Bachelor". Keep some meaty shows will you?
Yeah, the good shows, they deserve many more seasons are canceled, because some are bad and win several seasons, how can it?

this is such a great show!!! keep it on the air! it's so nice to have a show with a little "moral value" and some light humor. it's perfect following the other wednesday night shows that have the same sort of feel to them. don't cancel this show!!!
ABC, Ugly Betty has been my weekly feel good pick me up. I think you will seriously hurt from losing this show. Find a spot and stick with it, advertise more for it. It was perfect on Thursdays right before Grey's and now you have that stupid crappy lawyer show on. Get Real... KEEP UGLY BETTY
What, Betty is being cancelled? Why, because it's not full of smut, foul language and whatever else it seems is the "norm" today?? Put on another reality show?? Listen up, this is a reality show, this is what a real life looks like to the average person. Betty has given every girl who doesn't happen to be a beauty queen reason to believe she can do whatever it is she desires regardless of what other people think. Let's give it a second thought and let the writers continue to bring us quality entertainment. And let's not forget Vanessa Williams -- she is brilliant -- oh and by the way, she is beautiful.
What is wrong with you people??? This is one of the best shows on television these days. Every one of your characters on Ugly Betty is vibrant, and a force to be reckoned with. They're amazing...and you could not have cast them better. If you shut this show down, it will be a real loss.
DON'T CANCEL UGLY BETTY! This is one of the best shows on TV, daring, touching, witty, hilarious, and visually stunning! Poor ratings must be due to the fact that the ABC has been moving the timeslot around. I am a DEVOTED fan, watching every week and I missed three weeks of the show because I didn't realized that the timeslot had been changed. I assumed that the different timeslot meant that it would be repeats! If an avid follower of the program is confused, how do expect the viewers to tune in? There are so many TERRIBLE shows on ABC, how can you cancel one of the best? Especially with this being the last season of LOST, it seems that it would be a terrible mistake to remove two of the greatest shows at the same time. I'm extremely disappointed with the network for this abrupt decision. I don't understand it...and will have nothing to watch on ABC when both Ugly Betty and LOST are gone.........
Most TV shows out their project it's on the outside that counts. With this show it has restored the faith in me that you can go far with a positive disposition. Every episode brings a tear to my eye. At most times I feel as if the show was written just for me. They know how to tug on my heart strings and I hang on every word.
Rarely do we find a television show with as much heart, wit, and creativity as "Ugly Betty". The characters are wonderful, and it's been a joy to watch their development. I believe there's still so much to tell, and so much more room for the characters to grow. Too often are clever, family-oriented shows with beautiful messages lost ("Pushing Daisies", "Samantha Who", "Kyle XY"). I pray that we can have at least one more year with our beautiful Betty!
Ugly Betty has been my favorite show for years! The only thing that excites me about it coming to an end is the possibility of finally seeing Betty end up with Daniel! With all the recent various spoilers, I am losing hope of seeing Detty and it's making me even sadder than the show ending. I always pictured it ending with Detty!!!!
Hello~! I am a Ugly Betty Fans from Malaysia, I love Ugly Betty so much!! I have watched Ugly Betty for 4 years since Season 1. It is my favourite English Drama. The story mean so much to me and inspire me a lots. It is very very sad when I knew that this show is going to be cancelled. Please do not cancel it!!! I do not want to lost Daniel, Betty, Amanda, Marc, Whielamina.. Please...keep on more... Ugly betty helps me in my life, to be brave in life, to try to stay happy..... As everyone do..
when betty arrived, it was a breath of fresh air...there was nothing like it on television...it meant a positive portrayal of latinos and gays...unfortunately it ran out of steam after that first great season...honestly, it's too unique to have a long life...but it's place in television history is cemented...
I do not think that Daniel said anything wrong!! If Betty is not comfortable with her past that is her problem. Daniel was only stating the truth and the funny stories. Also she should not be ashamed of her past also she should think wow I came along way. Her story from first day to now will inspire people. She needs to be proud of her past and present. I am glad that this show is being canceled. Betty complains a lot!! Also Mark should have gotten the job first he was there long than she was. It was decided over a coin being thrown up in the air. I think that the character Betty does work hard however; the job should have gone to mark and she complains a lot. Why is it that every episode the character Betty is made to look a little bad but then it quickly turns around and when the other characters look bad the show runs with that theme? Again I am happy that this show is OVER!! I did like the show in the beginning but the character Betty made the show ugly I hate the direction that her character went, she is a big wine baby and a snob. I like Justine too bad he didn’t come out gay yet. I love Mark, and Willamina. With out Willamina this show would have been off the air sooner and I would not have watched it.

I have watched Ugly Betty since the very beginning and I have loved every moment of it! I love how witty the dialogue is, and the over the top situations the characters get themselves into just makes it all the more humerous. I have always loved how the positive side of things wins out and even when Betty doesn't do the right thing, she always makes things right in the end. All the characters have a place in my heart and I will miss them if you take the show off the air. The show always brightens up my day! Cancellation really should be reconsidered!!!
This is a great show. It's very well written and the storyline is quite clever. I love how the writers end plot lines that impact Betty's life but still leave them open enough that they could return - (e.g. Matt going to Africa, Henry going out west, etc.) Unfortunately the time change has made it difficult for me to watch. I usually end up taping it. I hope the producers reconsider cancelling it. It's one of the few light, feel-good shows left on television.

I have watched Ugly Betty for 4 years since Season 1. & I watched the episodes that are not yet released in hong kong through my friend in U.S. ( So that i can watch the up-to-date episodes. )Ugly Betty is my very first English Drama I watched, (since i am a chinese) It is my favourite English Drama too! It hurt me a lot when I knew that this show is going to be cancelled. Please do not cancel it!!! I know it is cancelled because of the ratings, but it is too rush to end up the story in only a few episodes. Just give one more chance for this show to have at least one more season, please!! ( My English in not well, but hear my voice.)
Ugly betty is my favourite show...everytime i miss an episode i catch up on the internet..every christmas i get the season and i spend the next 2 days watching it non stop..this show shows that people can succeed no matter their race, gender, size and looks..it takes us into the comical life if betty suarez..once you watch this show you cant help but fall in love with the characters..PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE dont cancel it!!!! :(:(
Without a doubt this is my favorite show. It's one hour each week when I can just sit back and enjoy! Moving it around to different time slots has no doubt negatively impacted ratings, but that's not the viewer's fault. It makes no sense to keep shows like Modern Family on the air but cancel Ugly Betty. Please reconsider!

Please don't cancel Ugly Betty! I love this show! This is the fourth show that has been cancelled that I watched regularly and I am very disappointed. First it was Dirty Sexy Money, then Big Shots, then Life on Mars and now this....stop cancelling the good shows!
I have loved this show from the very first episode. It slipped a little last season, but rebounded big time this season. I suspected a cancellation was looming when it kept getting switched from one night to another, but when it anchored Wednesdays, I thought that was it and it finally found a home again on a great night for ABC. But now this, if ABC doesn't want it, I really thing another network should pick it up. Its got a brilliant cast, excellent writing and I think fans that will follow it anywhere. What will be ABC's lost should be another networks gain.
Ugly Betty has meant so much to me! Besides its smart and quick humor and the fashion and dramas, it has so much meaning. I love the mssage that being pretty really means nothing. Yes people say that all the time but to be surrounded by it and not conform, it really shows that its really up to you when it comes to your capabilities! And the message of just being yourself and reaching your potential and trying so hard to acheive it. Not to mention that the cute boys don't only go for cute girls! haha. I just love the meaning behind the show and I really do look forward to it every week. I put everything on hold just for that 1 hour and make sure I have time for that hour! I will really miss this show, its the 1 show that in a long time I faithfully followed.

WOW! WHY??? This is the one show I really looked forward to each week. It’s the one hour during the week that work and school could be forgotten and I could have a good laugh. Where do you get this rating information from and what do you expect when you start moving it around so even the regulars don’t know when it’s on. One of the few shows on TV that the whole family can enjoy without worrying about what the kids might hear. Shame on you ABC! You should be worried about your overall ratings because moves like this loose viewers like me who are loyal. I guess if it’s not sleazy or voyeuristic enough it doesn’t last on your network. We love you UB!
I just found out that the network decided to cancel Ugly Betty and I could not be more disappointed. I love the show, the cast and the whole concept. It's been a favorite of mine for 4 years...I watch religiously and have enjoyed every single moment of the show.

Ugly Betty is one of the most creative, visually stunning, and inspiring shows to ever come on TV. How can the ABC network move the time slot around, confusing viewers and then cancel it due to poor ratings? I am a devoted follower and I myself have missed weeks of the show when the time slot was changed. I assumed because it wasn't on at its normal time that it the episodes would be reruns. If it took a devoted follower several weeks to catch on to the time slot change, it would take others longer. This was a VERY POOR tactic that has resulted in an even POORER reasoning for ending the series. There are so many TERRIBLE shows on ABC, how can the network cancel one of the best?!?!?!?!
Ugly Betty has brought sunshine to my weeks ..... I am much like Betty in my office..... I have to struggle to succeed while others zoom up the ladder. I , like Betty, try to keep a positive attitude in all things and do the right thing and be honest. My boss is exactly like Wilhemina so it helps me to cope and laugh to see Betty in action. Love the Meade family and how they always come thru for Betty. Especially love all the scenes with Judith Light as Claire Meade...she is as awesome today as she was as Karen on OLTL and Angela Bower on Who's the Boss?.
Betty encouraged us to look at the inner beauty to see what really counted and I think she has been an excellent ficitional role model for many young ladies just startin their careers. Everything isn't always handed to you on a sliver platter and I think Betty has proven that when you are honest , kind and work hard, go things can happen. Sorry ABC doesn't feel the same!

Ugly Betty is unique and special show that manages to achieve a perfect balance of humor and heart. There is no other show, currently on television, that touches my heart the way that Ugly Betty does. Television needs more shows like Ugly Betty, not less.

No wonder her ratings slipped after your programmers started messing with the time slot. Hopefully another network will pick up this quality show to make up for ABC's BIG MISTAKE. Just chock it up to ABC making another short-sighted programming decision.
Taking Ugly Betty off leaves me with mixed feelings. My New Years Res was to severely curtail watching the tube, and the toughest part of that was staying away from the only show that displayed really good writing, the capability to leave a piece of it with you for days, and did so without the continuous use of sex and violence. The rest of the line-up is honestly sensationalistic trash, so this makes my goal ALOT easier for me.
Moving the show to a time slot that did not really meld with the target audience had done some of that already, but the show was still viewable on my laptop, a tough challenge for me.
Hopefully one of the smarter networks will not have the sense to pick this show up.
