Today is Betty’s Annual Performance Review. She’s gonna ask Daniel for a promotion to Editor. Do you think she’ll get it? Matt mentions that after their YETI final project, the big job offers should be rolling in.
Hilda knocks over Elena’s purse. She can’t help but read the letter that fell out. Elena has been offered a Nursing Educator position at the Chula Vista Nursing School in California. Hilda is pissed and confronts Elena. If Elena doesn’t tell Ignacio about this, Hilda will.
Daniel goes over Betty’s review. Punctuation – Excellent. Initiative – Excellent. She’s a shoo-in. Meanwhile, Mark is being reviewed by Wilhelmina. Betty and Mark both want Editor positions. But Hartley is enforcing a hiring freeze. No one gets a promotion unless someone leaves the company or dies.
