QUESTION: What's the fastest way for me to validate my account?
ANSWER: Connect it to your Facebook or Twitter account by clicking one of those buttons during the validation process and following the directions.
QUESTION: I have an existing ABC.com account, why do I need to validate my email address?
ANSWER: The short answer is that we've changed our registration system for the better. When you log into your account, you will be sent a confirmation email. Just click on the link inside. Once your account is validated, you're all set. That's it. Just the one time.
QUESTION: I didn't get the email to validate my account. What should I do?
ANSWER: Please be patient! Sometimes it may take a few minutes for the validation email to be delivered. Also, be sure to check your "spam" folder to make sure the email didn't land there.
QUESTION: Help! I forgot my username and/or password.
ANSWER: Fear not! We can help. If you need to get your member name, click here. Enter your email address, and your username will be emailed to you, then go ahead and log in at abc.go.com If you forgot your password, click here. For this one, you will enter your USERNAME, then your birthday, and you'll get your password.
QUESTION: What if I used an old email address when I signed up? How do I change the email address associated with my account?

3. Under "Member Information" click "Modify."
4. Change your email address in the field marked "Email Address."
5. Sometimes, this page will ask you to fill out more information. Go ahead and do that.
6. Click "Save Changes."
If you still need to verify yourself, go back to abc.com, and start the log-in process. This should send you an email to the address you've just listed. Again, be patient. Sometimes these emails can take a little while.
