By subscribing to/opting in for any ABC Mobile Alerts campaign (each individually and collectively, the “Service”), you agree to the following:

Mobile Account Owner: In order to use the Service, you must be owner of the device and the mobile account owner of the mobile number used to subscribe to/opt in to the Service.

Age and Permission: You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older), or are at least thirteen (13) years of age and have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Service. If you are a parent or guardian whose minor has signed up for the Service without your consent, you can unsubscribe from the Service by: texting STOP or STOP ALL to 22288 from the minor’s phone or by sending an email support@mogreet.com (please include the mobile number for which you would like to opt out of the Service in your email). Contact us by email if you would like to delete you or your minor’s phone number from our database.

How to Subscribe/Opt In: If you wish to subscribe or re-subscribe to any individual mobile campaign that is part of the Service, send a text to 22288 and include the keyword (“Keyword”) associated with each ABC mobile campaign as set forth in the chart below.

What We Will Send You: By subscribing/opting in, you are expressly consenting to receive mobile messages containing alerts, updates and other information about the ABC show(s) and programs that you have opted in to receive messages from. If you reply to any of these messages, you may receive additional response messages. If you join another or multiple ABC mobile campaign(s), you will receive additional messages for each of those mobile campaigns.

Messaging Frequency: Each ABC mobile alerts campaign that is part of the Service has its own messaging frequency. The number of mobile messages you will receive each week will depend on the number of mobile campaigns that you have subscribed to. See the chart below for each current ABC mobile campaign’s Keyword and messaging frequency:

Stopping/Unsubscribing from
ABC Mobile Alert Messages: You may opt out of the Service at any time by texting the word STOP or STOP ALL to 22288 from the enrolled mobile device.

If you are subscribed to multiple ABC mobile campaigns, texting the words STOP ALL will simultaneously unsubscribe you from all mobile campaigns you are subscribed to on the 22288 shortcode.  If you are subscribed to multiple ABC mobile campaigns and text the word STOP to 22288 from the enrolled device, you will receive a list of the campaigns you are subscribed to, along with directions on how to unsubscribe from each campaign.  You can also unsubscribe from an individual mobile campaign by texting STOP and that campaign’s Keyword (as set forth in the chart above) to 22288. For example, texting the words “STOP MODERN” to 22288 will unsubscribe you from the Modern Family mobile campaign.

Once you unsubscribe from any or all mobile campaigns (as applicable), you will receive one additional message confirming that you will no longer receive messages from that ABC mobile campaign or all mobile campaigns (as applicable).

Billing: Message and Data Rates May Apply. We do not charge a fee for this Service; however, depending on your messaging plan, your mobile carrier may charge you for each message we send you or that you send us. It is your responsibility to know whether your carrier will charge you per-message costs (for instance, if you do not have an unlimited texting plan, or have exceeded your monthly quota of free messages). We assume no responsibility for charges incurred by your using the Service.

If you are subscribed to multiple ABC mobile campaigns and text the word HELP to 22288 from the enrolled device, you will receive a list of the campaigns you are subscribed to, along with directions on how to receive help for each campaign.  You can also receive help for an individual mobile campaign by texting HELP and that campaign’s Keyword (as set forth in the chart above) to 22288. For example, texting the words “HELP MODERN” to 22288 will provide you with help instructions for the Modern Family mobile campaign.

Delivery Not Guaranteed: The Service may not be available in all areas at all times. SMS/MMS messages are distributed via a complex system of service providers and we cannot guarantee their availability or performance. This means we may not be able to successfully transmit SMS/MMS messages to you, and we have no liability for any such transmission delay or message failure. The Service may not work in the event of product, software, coverage, or other changes made by your wireless carrier or changes you make to your mobile device.

Privacy: Information collected using the Service is governed by our privacy policy, which can be found here

Your Wireless Service: You must provide your own wireless device, subscribe to a wireless service on a participating mobile carrier, and be able to receive text messages using that wireless device and your carrier’s service.  ABC mobile messages are currently available on the following U.S. mobile carriers:
