Dearborn St., Chicago, IL 60610 1:00pm-6:00pm OR SEND US A TAPE: Applying for the ABC Music Project begins with 3 easy steps: 1) Make a 5-minute personal videotape including two sections: Section 1: Sing one song of your choice as well as one song from our Song List below. These should both be a cappella, unless you play an instrument. Section 2: Tell us who you are and why you would be a good contestant. 2) Put your Name, Address and Phone Number on the tape. 3) Send it to our casting team. Gower Street, Suite 105 Los Angeles, CA 90038 TAPE DEADLINE: JUNE 15, 2006 Making Your Videotape Make sure we can see and hear you clearly (use a microphone if possible). Do not stand in front of a bright window. Make sure you are taping in a silent room. Stand close to the camera. At the end of the tape please zoom the camera out to include a full body shot of you. Label the tape with your name, address and phone number. We can accept ALL tape formats, EXCEPT HI8. Be Kind, Rewind. Rewinding your tape to the beginning greatly increases our fondness for you. Be sure to view your tape before sending it to us to make sure it's not blank. Include a recent photo: Please enclose a recent personal photo of yourself with the tape. Make sure your photo(s) are clearly labeled with your name and phone number on the back. It is best, though not mandatory, to send two clear photos of yourself -- one close up and one full body.
