Q: I'm having troubles using the video player. What should I do?
A: You need a high-speed Internet (DSL, Cable Modem, T1, etc) connection in order to watch video on ABC.com. Please check to make sure that you have Flash 7.0 or above installed. After that, ensure that any pop-up or ad-blockers are turned off. You can also try to close your browser and restart the player in a new window. If you continue to have problems, send us feedback.

Q: How do I share video with friends?
A: When the video you want to email is playing, click on the "Email a Friend" button. Then enter your email address and name, and your friends email address and name, then click on the SEND button.
