Come on ABC. The other comments about problems with the video are too numerous for you to ignore. I have a one new computer and another that is about 3 years old. The new with 2 GB of memory and another with 768 MB. The new one plays the video fine but the older one does not. The sound is ahead of the picture and it stalls sometimes. I used to be able to watch many ABC shows on my old computer with your old Move Networks Player, but this new version apparently only works properly if you have a Mercedes computer and not a Buick or Chevy. I would bet that the majority of people out there trying to watch your online videos do NOT have a Mercedes computer and can't watch the shows properly. I do not have a problem watching CBS online videos at all on either computer. They play perfectly well. Same for NBC (although I watch few shows there). Most of the shows I want to see are full episodes that I have missed during the week because of commitments and it is frustrating to not be able to watch some with my older computer at my other location. Please take the comments of all these people giving you feedback to heart and revise your player so that it will properly play on older computers with smaller memory and not gaming video speeds on the video cards. Many of us are not gamers and do not have high speed video cards, either. You will increase your viewership, and hence have a greater pull with your online advertisers if you do, increasing your revenues and making your viewers more satisfied that they can watch the top-notch shows that you show and produce. Thank you.

This video is soooooooo bad. Why did you guys have to change it? I tried it on two different pcs and both were so slow that it wasn't worth it. You know it isn't always the best thing to upgrade frequently to the latest and greatest. Especially when your CUSTOMERS don't always have the latest and greatest.

Karen This system sucks! I must of tried 8 times to download finally I did but it downloaded twice. You can't even get a full screen with your new IMPROVED version. It stops & skips. Go back to the old way. I love catching up on line; but is the time worth it?

Not downloading is driving me crazy. I love the ability to watch my favorite ABC shows via the internet, however....when it doesn't work properly it is frustrating, and it takes longer to watch online due to all of the attempts to load properly. The convenience of online watching is because it fits in my busy schedule.... times a wastin' here! There has got to be a way for you to correct all these downloading issues....(see previous comments) Otherwise quit tempting me with the possibility of watching my shows online..it's just mean to tease me!
