OMG!! This episode is so flippn' intense! I was so engrossed I wouldn't have heard a train coming. I was balling like a baby by the end. I had to watch it twice in a row. Great job to everyone, keep em' coming!

i think these episodes get better with each one.. i just laid i bed and caught up on the past three episodes and know im mad that i dont have anymore to watch.. keep up the good work.

Here's a thought...Izzie why don't you suck it up like every other character on the show that's had a career outside of grey's anatomy making other shows and movies and multi-task. Meredith had a baby, is on maternity leave, and is still showing her face. Derek made movies all throughout the show and is still on almost every episode. Either manage your life better or get off the show!!!

Wow what a great episode, I would have gone to war for the patient after that speech. Never expected Richard to fire derrick either. I did not where the show would go without Izzie and George but keep up the awesome writing.
