  • What is WATCH ABC?

    With WATCH ABC you can view the ABC network live or full episodes on various devices like smartphones, tablets, your computer and more. It puts access to the network right into your hands at home or on the go. Sign in with a participating TV provider account to watch live and to see the most recently aired episode of your favorite ABC shows. And now you can personalize your ABC experience with new sharing and social features!

  • How do I watch the most recently aired episodes of my favorite shows?

    To watch the most recently aired episodes, sign in with your participating TV provider username and password. All you have to do is select your participating TV provider from the list, verify your username and password, and start watching!

    You can also watch several episodes without signing in. Remember, a VERIFY TO WATCH label and key symbol only appear on episodes that require users to sign in with a participating TV provider.

  • If I don’t have a participating TV provider account, where can I watch full episodes of my favorite shows?

    If you don’t have a subscription with a participating TV provider, you can still see several recent episodes on WATCH ABC. You only need to sign in to view the most recently aired episodes.

    Remember, a VERIFY TO WATCH label and key symbol only appear on episodes that require users to sign in with a participating TV provider.

    Many new episodes are also available for purchase on iTunes and Amazon Instant Video; or with a subscription to Hulu Plus.

    On-demand viewing through a set-top box provider is another way to catch up on recently aired episodes.

  • What is FastShare?

    FastShare is a new WATCH ABC feature that allows you to share pre-selected scenes from your favorite shows on Facebook or Twitter, as you watch. FastShare is available for select full episodes.

  • What is Social Lens?

    With Social Lens, you can connect with friends via Facebook and Twitter while watching your favorite shows in the app.

    A TV provider is the company you pay in order to get your television service, like a cable company, a satellite company or a telco (also called a telecommunications company).

    Go to GETWATCHABC.com to check availability in your area. If your TV provider doesn’t yet support it, you can let them know you are interested in WATCH ABC and the great ABC programming it offers by calling or filling out an easy online form on GETWATCHABC.com.

  • How do I view participating TV providers that are currently available?

    To view participating TV providers available in your area and sign in, download the WATCH ABC app and select an episode or the “live” tab.

    You can also get to GETWATCHABC.com to check availability in your area. If your TV provider doesn’t yet support it, you can let them know you are interested in WATCH ABC and the great ABC programming it offers by calling or filling out an easy online form on GETWATCHABC.com.

  • What if my TV provider and Internet provider aren’t the same? Which one do I use?

    You should use the username and password for your participating TV provider.

  • Is there an extra cost?

    WATCH ABC is brought to you by your local station and participating TV providers at no additional cost. It’s included in your TV subscription service.

  • How do I watch the live stream?

    The live stream is currently available in several US markets with more on the way. WATCH ABC will detect your location to make sure there’s a live stream available. Then just sign in to your participating TV provider account and start watching live.

  • What is “live streaming?”

    This means you can view the same programs currently on air on your local ABC station. You can enjoy your favorite ABC TV shows, sports, and local news & weather live on your smartphone, tablet, computer and other connected devices.
