Recap Episode 5: Alex Uses the Dark Web to Tell Her Story

Welcome to the official Quantico Season 1, Episode 5 recap for "Found" (original airdate October 26, 2015). Previously on Quantico: the recruits are tasked with performing a hostage rescue training exercise that shakes Alex (Priyanka Chopra) , making her question her ability and whether she should quit Quantico. While in the future, Alex continues to search for clues, finding one that questions the innocence of one of her closest classmates. But is her clue really what she thinks? No one is who they seem.

Alex and the Other Recruits Infiltrate the Corporate Party
The NAT that successfully talks to the CEO wins the exercise. Talking to the CEO is going to be a cakewalk, finding someone to introduce them in an entirely different thing.

Alex has Information Not Just on Liam, but on Everybody
Miranda needs Liam to talk. Why has he assigned an undercover detail to keep an eye out on Alex? Does Alex have something on Liam? As it turns out, no, she doesn't have information on just Liam, she has something on everybody.

Alex uses the Dark Internet to Plead Her Case
Alex is in trouble and the FBI is winning the PR game. As far as the public is concerned, Alex is guilty and deserves to be caught (or killed). She does the only thing she can think of, contact a group of hackers to broadcast her message directly to the people so they can make up their minds instead of basing their opinions on information the FBI is feeding them.

After Winning the Exercise, Alex and Ryan Get it on (Again)
They just can't contain themselves after their friendly flirtation during the exercise boiled over turned into passion in the hotel room later.

Elias Gets the Truth Out of Simon
After a little chat with Max, Elias had even more ammo against Simon. Simon could no longer stay silent and filled Elias in on all his secrets; he's not gay, doesn't need glasses, and hates coffee. The truth is, the Israeli Defense Forces sent Simon into Gaza and, while there, Simon saw things no person should ever see. Years later, the only he can cope with these memories is to live undercover in an effort to bury the person he was become someone else.
