Actor Biography

Danielle Savre was born with a passion for the performing arts and has enjoyed success as an actress, singer and producer. Savre's passion for her role as a Seattle firefighter on Station 19 runs deep, as her sister, Stephanie, is one of the 93 current female LAFD firefighters.

Savre gained attention early on as a teenager in The WB's drama Summerland, and then for her standout roles in the NBC drama Heroes and as the lead in MTV's 2007 scripted series, Kaya. She also starred in The CW's Supernatural spinoff, Bloodlines, and in the RJ Cutler-directed pilot, Four Stars, for CBS. Most recently, Savre played the lead of Tyler Perry's comedy series Too Close to Home for two seasons. Other notable performances include Bring It On: All or Nothing, Boogeyman 2 and a multi-episode arc on Blue Bloods. She recently completed lead roles in several independent films, including the Black List screenplay Adulterers and Wild About Harry, which won the Best of the Fest Award at the Palm Springs International Film Festival.

Savre produced several short films, including Jeff Betancourt's award-winning film Knock Knock, which premiered at the South by Southwest Film Festival and has played at 30 festivals worldwide. She also received a best supporting actress nomination for her role in Rowan Maher's short film, Collar, from the California Women's Film Festival.

Savre also has begun to leave her stamp in the fashion world, making her mark on the front rows at New York Fashion Week over the past two years. Her show-stopping style has grabbed the attention of the magazine world with covers for Resident, Metropolitan Magazine, 25A, VULKAN and LaPalme.
