Carla Hall's Ginger Lime Zinger
  • 1/2 Lime (quartered)
  • 3 tablespoons fresh Mint leaves
  • 1 1- inch fresh Ginger (peeled and thinly sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons Ginger Simple Syrup
  • 6 ounces Soda Water
  • Lime wedge (for garnish)
  • In a heavy-bottom glass, muddle together the lime, mint, ginger and simple syrup until the juice is released from the lime and the mint is bruised and broken up into small pieces.
  • Add ice and top off with the soda water. Garnish with fresh lime.
