Amy Kayne's Honey Mustard Pork Chops
  • 3-4 Bone-In Pork Chops
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 Garlic clove (crushed)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Rice Pilaf to serve
  • Green Beans to serve
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix dijon mustard, honey, and crushed garlic and baste chops. Salt and pepper both sides. 
  • Place in oven safe skillet for 3 to 5 minutes per side. Transfer skillet to the preheated oven and cook for 10 minutes, or until an instant read thermometer registers 150 degrees F.
  • Remove and serve with rice pilaf and green beans.
