This delicious compound butter can be used on everything from pancakes to grilled chicken!

Brown Sugar Citrus Butter
  • 1 pound room temperature, unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons orange zest
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons flaky sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • Add the room temperature butter, lemon zest, orange zest, brown sugar, flaky sea salt and thyme leaves to the container of a Vitamix. Pulse the butter mixture until well blended.
  • Tips:
    -Add different zest, spices and/ or fresh herbs to create your own compound butter!
    -Serve the butter over Daphne's Cornmeal Griddle Cakes.
