Chocolate Coffee Dessert Dip
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon brewed espresso (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (to garnish)
  • graham crackers (to serve)
  • ladyfingers (to serve)
  • pretzels (to serve)
  • In a large bowl, add the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract and espresso. Mix until smooth. Remove to a bowl, fold in the chocolate chips and dust cocoa powder over the top. Serve with graham crackers, ladyfingers and pretzels.
  • Tip: Serve in ramekins for individual desserts!
