Enjoy this delicious cranberry cocktail while stuffing your Thanksgiving bird!

Cranberry-Rosemary Spritz
  • 1/4 cup Cranberry Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Rosemary Simple Syrup
  • Sparkling White Wine
  • Splash of Brandy
Rosemary Simple Syrup:
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1/3 Cup Honey
  • 1 Sprig Fresh Rosemary
  • Combine cranberry juice and rosemary simple syrup in a champagne flute. Fill the rest of the glass with the sparking white wine and finish with a splash of brandy. Serve garnished with 1 or 2 cranberries.
  • For Rosemary Simple Syrup: Combine the water, honey and rosemary in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and allow to steep for 5 minutes. Strain and discard the rosemary leaves.
  • Tip: Change it up! Substitute fresh mint sprigs for the rosemary for a different spin on this cocktail!
